New Arrivals
We received our shipment for March and we have some great new liquors, wine and beer.

Beer

He Brew Hop Manna IPA
New in 2012 and wildly successful! All ye who are wandering the vast Macro Beer desert, thirst no more! He Brew Hop Manna IPA is the first-ever single IPA from HE'BREW Beer and a gift from the Craft Beer Promised Land. Hope Manna is the answer to hop heads' prayers for a delicious ipa bearing floral and citrus goodness. At 65 IBUs and 6.8% Alc., this beer is crafted to provide session after session of hop nourishment.
Harpoon Celtic Red
Brewed here in South Boston is this great seasonal beer just in time for St. Patrick's Day (Evacuation Day - coincidentally a holiday - in Boston). It's a beer that is paired well with late winter and is malty enough to stand up to the cold but balanced enough to hint at Spring.  This beer features a deep ruby color, medium body, and a balanced malt bill created by Irish Ale malt and a touch of roasted barley.

Spirits

Licor 43
This spanish liquer is made from citrus and fruit juices, flavored with vanilla and other aromatic herbs and spices, in total 43 different ingredients (hence the name). Licor 43 is also known as "Cuarenta Y Tres" and is 62 proof. The aroma is sharp, warm and complex with vanilla up front; and then a tangy sweet fruit, spices and an aged rum like presence. In production since 1924.

Choco Noir

For centuries, top chefs and sommeliers have been aware of the sinful results achieved when superior wines are paired with fine chocolates. This ready-to-drink beverage is perfect on the rocks after a long day, splashed in to a steaming mug of coffee on a lazy Sunday morning or served chilled for a romantic evening full of sensual delights.  Choco Noir contains 14% alcohol by volume.

V'Nilla Noir
A flawless balance between quality French vanilla cream and Pinot Noir, the world's most delicate wine. Perfect on the rocks, added to your favorite Chai tea on a languid Saturday morning or served chilled. 14% alcohol by volume.

Royal Salute Scotch
Treat yourself with this prestigious scotch whiskey produced by the Chivas Brothers, founded in 1801 in Aberdeen, Scotland. Royal Salute is one of the leading elite scotch whiskeys launched on June 2nd, 1953 by the Chivas

Brothers in tribute to Queen Elizabeth II on the day of her coronation. Named after the traditional 21 gun salute. All Royal Salute whiskies are aged for a minimum of 21 years, which allows the whisky to develop a rich and complex flavor. This stock is limited because of the age of the whiskey. For each year of aging, 2% of the whiskey evaporates. This process is known as the "angel's share".

Glenfarclas Scotch
Another elite scotch, Glenfarclas is the sweet floral sherried heart of Speyside pushed to the limit in the wood. No other single malt embodies the limpid marble waters and sweet grain of the Speyside region like Glenfarclas. Nose is a sweet vanilla sherry - simple scotch - increasingly rich with time. Toffee malt richness turns the aroma ambrosial with time in the glass. Light mouthfeel.
The entry is mostly sweet with straight malt sugars. Expansion is broad but light and floral with vanilla from oak tannins which bring a pepperiness and a dryness in the texture. Sherry and nougat and cake frosting flavors round into red fruits (cherry and red plum) as the midpalate blooms into honeyed splendor. Finish is sweet turning tannin dry with a long tail of vanilla and honeysuckle and citrus (tangerine) that ends on a slightly bitter note.

Wine:

Black River Malbec
This wine boasts an intense red colour with purple reflrections. On the nose, the intense bouquet of small Patagonic red berries such as cassis, raspberries and prunes combined with hints of mint, to be followed by a well balanced taste, with sweet tannins, velvety structure and a fruity young taste. This wine is harvested from winery-owned vineyards located in General Roca, Alto Valle del Rio Negro, Patagonia.

Tin Roof:  Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc
This beautiful Chardonnay is smooth and rich, with fresh creamy apple and citrus flavors enhanced by subtle oak tones and a crisp, refreshing finish. The lucious Sauvignon Blanc highlights choice grapes which imbue a crisp refreshing white with succulent grapefruit, lemon/lime and honeydew melon flavors.

Allegro Moscato
Moscato Allegro is California’s premier Muscat Canelli based wine. It is produced in the style of Northern Italy’s Muscat, including the traditional tall and sleek bottle used only for the finest Moscato d’Asti. This is an elegant wine that dances across the palate with intense fruit, then ends with a crisp, clean finish. Fresh and spicy, Allegro Moscato offers exotic floral and fruit aromas reminiscent of orange blossoms, honeyed apricots and peaches. Fabulous.

Casal Thaulero Montepulciano
This wine is from Italy, Abruzzo region, Montepulciano D'abruzzo sub-region. The bouquet is packed with aromas of black plum, leather and subtle spice with a distinctive herbaceous edge; on the palate it's mouth-filling and ripe with juicy black fruit flavors, pleasant earthy undertones, mouth-watering acidity and soft tannins.

Sequin:  Moscato, Pinot Grigio and Rose

Shimmering with delicate bubbles, Sequins Rose, Pinot Grigio and Moscato wines can be enjoyed on their own or poured as a delicious start to a stylish cocktail.

The Moscato beams with a twinkle of delicate bubbles, delivering the sweet aromas and flavors of citrus blossom, honeysuckle, soft white peach and honeyed nectar. Pair with a creamy cheese, fresh fruit or even a favorite dessert.

The Pinot Grigio is a cheerful and vibrant wine, perfect for brightening up any occasion. Like sunshine in a glass, it's light, refreshing and delicately bubbled with shimmering flavors of lush pear, crisp apple and hints of lively citrus. Pair with proscuitto-wrapped melon, artichoke dip or your favorite soft cheese or enjoy alone.

The Rose Wine captures the life of the party, light on it's feet, yet dreamy and fresh. Shimmering flavors of lush strawberry, exotic lychee and lively citrus  make this wine enchanting. Serve chilled and pair with grilled prawns with mango salsa, creamy spinach dip or yummy goat cheese.

Altivo Torrontes
This wine that hails from the Salta, Argentina region offers a fragrant bouquet of tropical and pit fruits leading to a medium-bodied, mouth-filling, dry wine with a vibrant acid backbone. Very pale, bright yellow. Pure lemon, spring flowers and mint on the nose. Supple and juicy, with a hint of sweetness counterpointed by fresh acidity. An easygoing style of Torrontes.
