| Wasatch Apricot Bottled. Poured clear, brighter golden with a dusting of white head. The aroma picked up apricots, sweet honey, and banana, with hints of sour fruit skins and wheat around.. aiight. The flavor found mostly bready notes and honey at the core, with nice complementary apricot juice joining.. lightly sour and a bit grainy around, with refreshing fruit and tangy wheat on the quick, dry finish. Light-bodied with low carbonation on the palate.. this is a decent easy-drinker. |
